Education and Future Prospects
Creating the future industry for individuals and countries, as much as it requires human resources, economic capabilities, and a stable social environment, also requires advanced educational systems that meet the individuals’ life needs and meet their future demands and make them permanently able to build their skills, enhance their capabilities, and push them to ways of knowledge of all kinds.
I find it important at the present time that educational systems have in the first place the presence of capable educational cadres and school management that works according to all economic, environmental, and social dimensions to prepare men and women who are able to carry the banner of hard and sincere work that links science and citizenship and balances economic and social sustainability. The issue that today's generations enjoy a distinguished quality of education is the greatest achievement in the history of countries and peoples. Education will remain the key to a decent life and the path to progress and prosperity.
The basics that the education system holds, whether in the field of building skills and innovation or keeping pace with the latest developments in scientific and technological development, is a matter of great importance, as it requires the participation of today’s generations in making their future. That is why educational systems must realize the necessity and importance of this participation at present and in the future, especially after the full dependence in the educational process on providing children with scientific contents through electronic devices.
Teachers and those in charge of the educational system must also be careful not to make today’s generations consumers of scientific content without any experimental educational interaction. Rather, education must be based on experience, interaction, and a passion for innovation and creativity among children, and moving them from the stage of consumption to the stage of production. This process is considered more effective, as it aims to prepare them to be influential with their experiences and interaction in building the content of their educational curricula that will elevate them intellectually, morally, and humanely.
Therefore, parents and teachers are not the only ones who make the future and shape its features, but their children themselves, and I believe that they should be provided with knowledge enhanced by scientific passion that leads them towards in-depth education, enabling them to use their knowledge to solve their problems on the ground and to explore real challenges while learning and acquiring knowledge.
In short, the participation of students in choosing what to learn opens the way for them to develop their unique skills and allows them to decide what to study and how to study it. They learn how to learn, and this is one of the most important life skills.
